These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website www.veeter.in and to the sale or supply of two-wheeler spare parts, auto care products and related goods by Veeter Genuine Spares & Auto Care Products, operating from Dua Auto Sales, Faridabad, Haryana 121001 (“we”, “us”, “Veeter”).
By using this website, placing an enquiry, or purchasing goods from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
1. Who we are
Veeter is a trade mark in two-wheeler genuine spare parts and auto care polishing products. Trade is conducted from our Faridabad counter. Contact: fbd987@gmail.com, +91 99712 00400, WhatsApp +91 98100 36100.
This website is a catalogue and enquiry channel. Listing a part does not guarantee instant stock. Availability is confirmed when we reply to your enquiry or invoice.
2. Catalogue, prices and quotations
- Descriptions, photographs and brand names on this site are for identification. Fitment depends on make, model, year and variant. You are responsible for confirming the correct part before purchase.
- Prices, if quoted, are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, exclusive of GST and transport unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote, or seven days if none is stated, and may change with OEM or importer price movement.
- We may decline an order, limit quantities, or require advance payment for special, imported or made-to-order items.
3. Orders and contract
A contract is formed when we accept your order in writing (including WhatsApp or email) or issue a tax invoice, whichever is earlier. An online enquiry is not an accepted order.
For dealers and workshops, standing credit or cash-on-delivery terms, if any, are those we confirm separately. Until then, supply is against payment as invoiced.
4. Payment
We may accept bank transfer, UPI, cash against delivery, or other methods we confirm at the time of sale. Title in goods passes when we receive full payment. Risk passes on delivery to you or your carrier, whichever occurs first.
5. Delivery and collection
Goods may be collected from Dua Auto Sales, Faridabad, or dispatched by a courier or transporter of our or your choice. Transit times are estimates. Delay caused by the carrier, check-posts, weather or incorrect delivery details is not a breach by us. Inspect parcels on receipt and note damage on the delivery document.
6. Fitment and use
Spare parts and care products must be installed or applied by a competent person, following the vehicle maker’s guidance where it applies. We are not liable for loss arising from incorrect fitment, mixing of incompatible fluids or polishes, or use on a machine other than the one specified in the order.
Auto care products are for external vehicle surfaces as directed on the pack. Keep away from children. Avoid contact with eyes and unintended surfaces.
7. Intellectual property
VEETER, the Veeter Genuine wordmark, and the layout of this website are protected. You may not copy, scrape or resell our content without written permission. Partner names such as Moto Mafia and SPD OE remain the property of their respective owners and appear only to identify ranges we may stock.
8. Acceptable use of the website
You must not misuse the site, attempt to probe or disrupt it, submit unlawful content, or use our contact channels for spam. We may suspend access without notice if we believe these Terms are breached.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim connected with goods or this website is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including workshop downtime, lost trips or third-party claims, except where the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory law says otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Consumer rights
If you purchase as a consumer in India, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 remain. These Terms do not take those rights away. Our Refund policy explains how we handle returns of unused, wrongly supplied or defective goods.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer forum rights.
